All stands are lightweight, will never rot or rust, do not need paint. Made from 1/8" aluminum tubing and mesh. Easy to clean & disinfect, unlike wood. Stand dimensions: 20" x 48" deck. 17" from ground to top of deck. 56" from ground to top of milking head stall. We use this stand for both Nigerian dwarf and standard Alpines at our farm daily. Please inquire if you need a shorter/taller height or length and we can usually customize for you for an additional fee.Base weighs 22 lbs and head lock weighs 13 lbs for a combined weight of 35 lbs.

We came home and our milking stand was in a box on our front porch. We couldn't wait to try it out! We put it together in no time and I carried it to the garage (on my own), which was down our front steps. It's VERY lightweight! My Nigerian Dwarf fit well on it too, and I know I'll have no problem with this being the right size for my Alpine. Very, very happy with this! Great buy and a great price!
